Great experience with the Subaru service department! Austin, my service technician was friendly, professional and very helpful. He listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly and made sure I was completely satisfied. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend both the service dept & especially Austin.

Austin went above and beyond what I was expecting. I can't say enough good things. You should use him as an example of how to treat customers. When my car was towed in, I didn't know what to expect. Austin kept me informed along the way and went out of his way to involve Subaru in my repair situation. That ended up being a great help in getting my car repaired. He even knew my son was taking the car to school that Saturday and made sure it was done on Friday so that my son could take the car. I have nothing but great things to say other than you should do what you can to keep him around for a long time.

Austin and the entire team always make me feel like family. I would never take my Crosstrek anywhere else. The facility is nice and the people there are pleasant. Austin always takes care of me and my vehicle. I have been coming here since 2022 when I bought my Crosstrek and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my service.
