At the dealership it was a decent experience but i later realized my brand new car had hard water stains on the windshield not easily removed, dirty spots in the interior, and that my tires were severely overinflated to 42 psi when i drove off the lot not realizing until 2 days later and had to air them down to a safe psi myself. someone should have known this stuff before i drove off
