Experience great with Pam. Only have two complaints with dealership - first the inside of car was not detailed very well. When I got home we found used tissues under the back seat, we found puffed snacks under seats and we found a used lip gloss. Also, there were many sticky spots on seats. Then, though Avery was nice enough, I lost a lot of time coming home because I had to listen to his stuff even though I said I didn't want anything extra. That should change
